I am currently the Head of AI Products at Trustly North America, where I build guaranteed products leveraging open banking data. Before Trustly, I worked at Checkout.com where I developed their first risk product using machine learning and financial forecasting models. Prior to that, I spent 6.5 years at Amazon in various product roles focused on payments and alternative payment methods like Gift Cards. My expertise spans payments acceptance, transactional risk, onboarding and data-driven product innovation.
I have always been passionate about career development, a drive that began during my time as a people manager at Amazon. I successfully developed and promoted team members, helping many transition into new roles within the company. Additionally, I served as a Bar Raiser, conducting over 100+ interviews and contributing to the recruitment of a new site in the Czech Republic. For the past four years, I have also mentored over 16 recent graduates and professionals, helping them secure new roles through CV reviews, 1:1 coaching sessions and mock interviews.
