Sarah values connection, curiosity, and growth. Sarah has over ten years of Technical Recruiting and career coaching experience. She has worked in various segments of the tech industry including: content delivery networks, video streaming, social media, and blockchain. Along with those different types of companies, Sarah has worked in start-ups, SMB, and enterprise level organizations so she's practiced working in early stage, rapid growth, and mature phases of the company life cycle. Sarah has also led teams of up to 6 recruiters and sourcers.

Sarah is passionate about DEIB and making tech a more equitable space for everyone. She has been involved with creating interview training, leading an ERG that focuses on mental health and people with disabilities, as well as led anti-bias trainings for managers.

Sarah's mentoring goal is to work collaboratively to fine-tune job search approach. She is particularly adept at helping mentees overcome barriers with personalized coaching and deep listening.
