I’ve worked in tech for close to a decade at companies like Microsoft and Stripe, and have focused on data science and analytics for the last 7 years of my career,  partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive impact and influence product strategy. My experience includes data science focus areas like product metrics and dashboards, experimental design and analysis, predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, and more. Additionally, I’ve spent the majority of my career leading and supporting efforts to empower individuals in STEM roles through women’s employee resource groups and other DEIB initiatives.

When it comes to mentoring, I’m passionate about bringing out the best in people by helping individuals capitalize on their strengths while simultaneously growing new skills. Regardless of the career stage you’re in, I believe it’s never too late to take a step towards challenging yourself and building a fulfilling career.
