Kush is a 15 years veteran of management consulting, online commerce, and digital payments, from large companies as well as early stage startups where he launched popular consumer and merchant services. He currently serves as a Product Manager leading Payments Risk and Compliance initiatives at Airbnb.

Before that he led the Merchant Payments platform at Trustly, the leading pay by the bank provider in US and EU.

Prior, he was the Head of Product at Earn.org, the nation's leading non-profit fintech seeking to develop a long-term savings habit in moderate to low income Americans.

He also enjoyed building the online lending portfolio of products for Insikt (now called Aura), a young but emerging leader in providing underbanked Americans an alternative and fair means of credit. Almost half of this country cannot find $400 to cover an emergency expense, and one-third have poor or no credit - a massive problem that needs innovative solutions that provide Americans fair and affordable loans, as well as a pathway to a better credit rating. Prior to Insikt, Kush provided product consulting services to a few different startups. Most notably:

- Sparrow Mobile, a social impact mobile startup aiming to bridge the mobile and technology divide for underserved and homeless Americans across major US metros.

- Content Analytics, a young but fast growing market leader in digital asset content management solutions.

Kush also co-founded ShoppinPal, powering omnichannel solutions for small and medium sized retailers to help them compete with online shopping. He inked partnerships with major players in payments and shopping apps, hired and trained staff, grew the company from 3 to 9 employees, and fund-raised towards series A.

He honed his product management skills at PayPal where during a six year tenure he was applauded for redesigning the company's Help Center leading to millions of dollars in savings as well as increasing customer satisfaction. He was then recruited to join the team pioneering PayPal's entry into brick and mortar retail, helping evangelize PayPal's offering to some of the largest retailers in the country.
